Do you offer a return policy?

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Items that are damaged, heavily worn, used beyond initial fitting, altered, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Are DryCore socks really waterproof?

Yes! Our socks are designed with a three-layer construction:

• Durable outer shell – made from tough nylon for protection.

• Waterproof membrane – a thin, breathable barrier that keeps water out while letting moisture escape.

• Soft inner lining – 100% cotton for comfort against your skin.
  This combination ensures your feet stay dry, no matter the conditions.

Will my feet get sweaty inside the socks?

Not anymore than a normal sock. The cotton inner lining is moisture wicking and breathable waterproof membrane allows sweat to escape while blocking external water. 

Can I wear them all day?

Absolutely. The cotton inner lining makes them soft and wick moisture away from your skin. They’re designed for all-day comfort whether you’re hiking, working outdoors, or just caught in the rain.

How do I wash Dry Core socks?

• Machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle.

• Avoid bleach or fabric softener.

• Air dry only – do not tumble dry or iron.
  This helps preserve the waterproof membrane and extends the life of your socks.

Are they suitable for extreme cold?

Yes, while the socks are waterproof, they also provide insulation when paired with boots. 

Do they feel bulky compared to normal socks?

Not at all. Thanks to the advanced thin membrane, Dry Core socks feel close to a regular pair of thicker cotton socks, just with the added benefit of waterproofing.

Do they stretch like normal socks?

Yes. The nylon outer shell provides flexibility and shape retention, so they fit snugly without slipping down.

How long will they last?

With proper care, Dry Core Waterproof Socks are designed for long-term use but it is hard to determine exactly how long they will last as it depends on what you are using them for and how often you wear and wash them although the three-layer construction is durable, even with regular wear as long as the waterproof membrane is not punctured.
